After finding him online, we went for a face to face visit to his office. He had several great plans to pick from and was able to adapt one he had shown us, to include a bonus room, making it exactly what we were looking for! Our plan is the “St. Charles” and what we loved most about it, and what everyone else seems to say when they enter our home is, “Oh! Look at all the windows along the back!” and, “Wow! This house flows well!” The floor plan is very well laid out. I actually like that the master and kid’s rooms are on the same side of the house, yet still slightly remote since they are on different hallways. Another great feature is the other bedroom on the front that is closer to the kitchen! It makes for a great home office or spare bedroom since there is another bathroom right beside it! Thank you Steve for great and affordable house plans with sweet Acadian / southern appeal!
